Cindi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cindi's Story...
Cindi was dumped out when she was just a baby. Apparently she had not been around humans. She has been in a foster home for several months. She is now well bonded with foster mom and gets along well with others. It takes her a little while to warm up to new people. The groomer said she was very friendly to her even when getting a bath. She gets along well with dogs and cats. She has not been tested with young children, but did fine with older ones. She is a cuddle bug inside the house, but is still unsure of going up to people outside. Even though Cindi is somewhat scared of new people she has never tried to growl or bite. I do think she would run if she had a chance to when meeting new people. Cindi is good on a leash and is crate trained. She likes to play with other dogs and go for rides as well as just hang around inside the house.

Cindi is about one year old and weighs 30 pounds at this time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cindi, a Hazard Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Hazard, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Hazard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hazard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hazard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hazard paves the way for another one to be saved.
