Hi, my name is Zelda and my dob is 2/14/12.. I am a Parsons Russell, but my foster mom says I am a Chiwannabe. I was found running loose on a busy street in Mesa. The finder couldn't locate my people so he brought me to AZCR. I like to play but I love to snuggle better. I get along with other dogs and I am house broken.
