Diezel's Story...
2 years old
Good looking? Loving? Playful? Diezel is everything you’ve been looking for. This handsome hunk was signed over to our shelter when he was having trouble with separation anxiety. His previous owners did let us know that he has been housebroken, loves children, does great around other dogs, has never been around cats and knows several basic commands. Diezel loves his people more than anything and will be at your hip and leaning against your legs at your very first meeting. He is an active dog and would love a home where he can go along on all the family adventures keeping him close and wearing him out! Diezel is as loving as he is sweet and it looking for a forever family to call his own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diezel, a Fruit Heights Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Fruit Heights, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Fruit Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fruit Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fruit Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fruit Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
