Meet Ms. Fatso (an unfortunate name, though she’s never minded it). This nearly ten-year-young Calico Torti beauty is a pure lap cat. That said, so is her sister Tweaker and they LOVE to be together. Twice the purrs!
Fatso is indoor only, but does enjoy being on a patio or protected deck if you have one to offer…and she is a perfect lady when it comes to her litter box. In fact, her house manners are impeccable. No accidents, knows to stay out of certain areas or rooms (like the kitchen in her last home), does not climb curtains or furniture and even understands commands like “off” and “no.” Atta girl!
Fatso is a mellow girl and looooves her cat naps. However, she’s the first to investigate any noise, a stranger in the house, new objects, or plastic or paper bags!
A lover of affection over actual play, Fatso will mew when she wants your love. She may follow you from room to room, greet you at the door when you get home and will even stand up on her hind legs and stretch out her front paws on the wall. Almost as if to ask “Will you come rub me?”
Fatso (also lovingly referred to as mama) loves a good cat scratcher, a good meal, licking plastic bags and just has to sit on any item that is new in the house.
One of Fatso’s silly and endearing habits is when she stares at the wall and meows for a minute. Does she see something we can’t see? Who knows!?
A fan of any dry treat, wet food and catnip, this sweet girl will get vocal when she wants nom noms and attention. Who among us doesn’t?...
Fatso will be absolutely happiest where there are people to love on her and her sister, Tweaker!
