My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi All! I am Macie and I am looking for my forever home. Others have referred to me as a “Queen Bee,” and I would like to be the center of your universe, (i.e. an only cat) being the only cat in the home. You see, I can I tolerate other cats, but I can be bossy and jealous of others. Call me possessive, but I like my humans to be mine and only mine. It’s a good deal, though, because as a reward for being your only furry companion I will shower you with lots of love and attention. You will soon experience my very loud purr, which I have been told sounds like a motorboat. I will gladly sit with you or cuddle up with you at night. I tend to snuggle up against my humans, purring and making biscuits. But please don't worry, I can entertain myself too. I love to play and can occupy my time with toys and boxes. If you are in the mood to play, we can use the string toys so both of us can have some fun. I am a social girl and when you have friends over I will greet them and welcome them to our home. Most likely I will rub against them and offer my head for some petting. I am waiting for you! Make an appointment to see me soon (adopt@awlmc.org) I was born in February 2015.
