Ben's Story...
Ben is is an amazingly sweet boy who we recently got from an animal shelter. He is a young adult of 2 or 3 years old but he has a calm, settled nature. Ben hasn't been with us long but he has proven to be very dog social and very sweet with people. He can be a bit shy just at first but he warms up so quickly and loves affection. He is quiet, easy to handle, and he crates nicely. His terribly unfortunate ear crop leaves his ears flat on his head but he is a beautiful boy and we hope a loving home will give him a chance and look past his physical imperfections.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ben, a Vancouver Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
