My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocky is is one AMAZING dog! He was rescued in January when SOAR went to visit him and discovered that he was being starved to death. He was skin and bones when SOAR rescued him on that cold January day. He went straight to a loving foster home so he could get the love and care he needed. Even though humans failed him he still had a spirit that we all fell in love with. He is the happiest, friendliest dog one could meet. He loves life and everyone and everything in it. He loves to go for car rides and really enjoys a day at the ballpark watching the kids play ball. He is Mr. Social and would make a great therapy dog. Rocky will soon be a graduate from obedience school.
