My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chunk is neutered male who is 10 yrs old looking for his home to rest and be loved. He is about 12 pounds. He was just shaved down and this is before and after picture looking very poodle-ish. He needs a quiet home with someone home at least part time. He has only a few teeth so will need raw diet or someone to make soft foods. Chunk is a sweet little guy, his foster says. Fearful and skittish at first, once he is comfortable with you, he will jump up in your lap for a visit. He is crate trained and house broken. Chunk is ambivalent towards other dogs so he could be an only dog or have another small companion. He is being fostered with two other older small dogs and they all get along. He seems to prefer people though. Not sure about kids - older ones would be fine. He is still nervous about anyone touching him from above or around the mouth area as he had several teeth out recently. He walks well on a leash with harness. Chunk is starting to open up so we are still learning all about his personality. No one is very fond of the name so we are calling him Murphy! Please apply at www.saveadog.org.
