My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The Story of Bree

Once upon a time, a young couple went looking for a puppy. They saw Bree and decided she was the one for them. In hopes of starting a family and beginning with Bree as the family pet. As life has it, our best intentions don't always work out.
In time, the young couple went their separate ways and Bree was taken to one of the couple's parents home. Unwanted there, the parents took Bree for a little ride in the country and left her behind.
Bree was a determined little girl. She found her way back to them.

Neighbors noticed Bree was not wanted when a FREE DOG lawn sign went into the ground in front of the parents' home.
Concerned neighbors talked with the parents and asked them to surrender Bree to them. They gladly let Bree go.

Just getting Bree out of that situation solved one problem but one of the kind neighbors now needed a bit of a helping hand to place Bree in a loving and permanent home.
We were honored to be called.

Bree was timid at first. Unsure of her new surroundings and not trusting of people, Bree needed time to adjust. A foster mom took Bree to her home to get her settled in and put her at ease. Bree is extremely smart and a fast learner. She was given a warm bubble bath-which she thoroughly enjoyed; had some play time with a couple of black labs; a good meal followed by a walk with the pack put a big smile on this beauty. Bree warms up slowly to people, but once she knows she is safe with you..she is all yours!

Bree is a Pitbull mix, 1 year old, 46 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, housebroken, spayed and micro chipped.
