My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LOLA Female Boston Terrier/Mixed Breed DOB April 2013 Contact Jill_Bradley@msn.com

Sweet LOLA was found on FM1960 with a rope around her neck. She had been sighted in same place for several days, hanging around hoping whoever left her there was coming back for her. When it was obvious she had been abandoned a good Samaritan got her out harms ways, put her in her car and took her home. Not long after it was apparent Lola was going to be a mother. She gave birth to 11 pups, sadly because she was very malnourished only 7 survived. Lola has a foster home but her foster family are unable to give her a forever home and reached out to Twyla's Friends for help. Lola weighs 44lbs. has been vaccinated and scheduled to spayed and micro chipped. She is light heartworm positive and on the "slow kill" treatment. Being young she should come back to heartworm negative in 12 - 18 mths. Lola has been though a lot and deserves a good home with a family who loves her. She is a character and very affectionate. She would be happiest as the only dog. If you would like to make Lola a member of your family please contact Jill_Bradley@msn.com

*****If you would like more information about the dog featured above, be sure to send a note to the "Contact Person." This is the person fostering the dog and they will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please don't just show up at Adoption Day expecting every dog to be there. We are limited by the number of volunteers who can help at each Adoption Day.
Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. This information will help us make the best match between you and one of our dogs***
