Sergeant Grey's Story...
Please contact ARNO (adoptfromarno@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet.

Tough on the outside, a marshmallow on the inside, Sergeant Grey is a devastatingly handsome fellow.  Sergeant had a very hard life before coming to ARNO.  He was living outside on his own for years.  A very kind lady who had been feeding him felt he was too vulnerable to stay outside any longer and brought him to ARNO.  He was a tough fellow at first and very fearful of people, but now he is learning that people can be kind and loving and he is letting down his guard.  He is a very good boy who deserves a great, loving home.

For more info contact arnokitty@yahoo.com. The adoption fee is $85 and includes neuter, shots, a chip and a combo test.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sergeant Grey, a New Orleans Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in New Orleans, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in New Orleans.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Orleans already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Orleans breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Orleans paves the way for another one to be saved.
