My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Athena and Georgio are the sweetest and happiest pair of bonded six-year-old male and female black and white cats looking for a loving guardian together.

These two love people of all ages including children. They love to jump for toys and have perfect litter box habits. They are talkative, especially Athena, and they’re happy to snuggle, purr and rub against your legs lovingly.

Their human rescued them from a Chicago shelter where they faced euthanasia for having upper respiratory infections. Sadly, she was only able to enjoy them for six years before she died suddenly of a heart attack. She hadn’t made any plans for them and they were headed for Chicago Animal Care & Control if I hadn’t taken them in.

They are healthy, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and virus-tested negative. Georgio has a scarred cornea due to his kitten illness, and Athena has runny eyes. They need no special medical treatment. They have their claws and would like to keep it that way.
