My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are interested in adopting Mack kindly go to www.therescuetrain.org and fill out an online application. Applications are required PRIOR to meeting one of our animals and are used to set up a safe and successful adoption. Please don't be shy and answer the questions thoroughly. To learn more about our entire process please visit www.therescuetrain.org and click on the 'Adopt A Dog' page or to contact us please e-mail info@therescuetrain.org. Trained for Life! A Rescue Train volunteer found Mack abandoned in a warehouse district. We know a good dog when we see one and he is now safely on The Rescue Train where he is in search of a loving forever home. Mack is a year old German Shepherd. He's small for a shepherd approximately 55 pounds which makes him a great size. Everyone who meets him is struck by his good looks and beautiful smile. Mack has a wonderful temperament with people and but like most German Shepherds bonds quickly and is protective. Mack was picked for The Rescue Trains 'Trained For Life' dog training program (to read more about this program please visit our web site www.therescuetrain.org). He's is living at a prestigious training facility where he is getting extensive obedience training which would have been a big investment for the average pet owner. Ideally we are looking for an owner who's a confident leader and has had some experience with this breed or who is interested in learning and participating in his dog training program to learn how to handle him properly. It is an amazing opportunity to adopt a dog that's been through this program. Mack is an active dog whose hobbies include running and playing ball. We think he would do best with a secure yard to exercise in. He's a fun guy that likes stimulation. He's also a lover who can rest at your feet. He is very social and would be happiest in a home where people are around more often than not. He was insecure with other dogs when he arrived but is learning to interact in his training program. Mack is crate trained, neutered, micro-chipped and current on vaccines. Can you open your heart and home to this handsome guy? In return you'll get a life time of devotion and unconditional love! INTERESTED IN ADOPTING? PLEASE FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE: www.therescuetrain.org APPLICANT MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD APPLICANT MUST LIVE IN THE SOUTHERN CA AREA
