Primrose's Story...
Summer is the season for roses! Wouldn't you just love to have a Primrose blossom at your home? If you answered yes, then we should get to know one another. I came to the SPCA because my owner was moving and could not take me. So, I am here looking for the safety and comfort of a forever home where I can put down roots. This little rose enjoys giving and receiving affection. If I get the chance, you can bet that I will be curled up in a lap. And, I hope you like wet puppy kisses! I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. Spreading joy and love is what I am all about. Because of my happy and sweet nature, I would be a great addition to your family. If you have other dogs in your home, I would like to request a play date before you decide to take me home. I just want to ensure that everyone in the family is on board with my adoption. I need someone to love. Are you that person? Let's snuggle together today and see if our loves blossoms!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Primrose, a Harrisonburg Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
