My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TYSON is a 1 1/2 year old neutered black male Lab that weighs 65 pounds. He is a strikingly handsome black lab with soulful brown eyes. He has a great disposition and is sweet and playful. Tyson deserves a family that will help him make the adjustment from his previous life of outdoor living. He was good with other dogs when tested at the shelter. Tyson is approved for kids ages 10+.

Update (7/3): Tyson is a joy to have at my home and is a wonderfully behaved while I am home. My dog loves playing with him and he is a fabulous playmate. Tyson is a young guy and cannot be left uncrated when home alone. He is not a fan of the crate so he would like a home where someone is home much of the time. A doggie playmate would also be a plus.

Update (6/13): Tyson is doing great! He is a active boy that loves to run and play. Tyson loves to chase after toys when i throw them. He is a Velcro Lab- he likes to follow me around. Tyson loves everyone and everyone seems to love Tyson.

Update (5/11): Tyson knows how to sit and gives his paw for treats. He likes to sleep on the bed and is quiet all night. He loves to play with toys and can entertain himself with the toys. He also likes belly and butt rubs. He is good with other dogs. Tyson is young and needs basic obedience training and learning to not dart out of the front door when it's opened. He can jump a fence, so will need a solid fence at least 6 feet. Tyson is such a cuddler and sweet boy who will make someone very happy.
