My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocky is an adorable approximately 16 week old mix breed. He is super sweet and loves to wrap his arms around you for a hug! Rocky gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids. He enjoys wrestling with other dogs and snoozing in your lap for some down time. Rocky would enjoy dog park visits, long walks on the beach, and playing fetch in the back yard. Rocky is looking for an active family to call his own, could that be you? Rocky will be neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm preventative before an adoption is finalized.

Don't let Rocky suffer the "Black Dog Syndrome". We are guessing that the general public is not aware of how doomed black dogs are when they are brought to a pound because black dogs are euthanized at a horrifying rate at many pounds & shelters because people pass them up for lighter colored dogs. If you are thinking about adopting a dog please don't overlook black dogs because they are just as loving & wonderful as lighter colored dogs!
