My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jeremiah is about 7 years old and weighs about 15 lbs, very gentle and tolerates kids. He is more of a couch potato, all day sleeper type of dog and needs to be in a low to medium energy household.

Jeremiah did not get adopted at a recent NKLA event because people were looking for a puppy or a much younger poodle. When one of our volunteers saw him on both days of the event, he looked depressed seeing his kennel mates get adopted and he was forced to stay in his crate.

Not only was he rejected when he was surrendered to the shelter but was also rejected at NKLA. However, our volunteer saw his potential after hearing his story and Jeremiah was judged for his heart and spirit, rather than his age. He has no health issues and is ready for his new forever home!
