My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
Color: Liver & White
Weight: 72 lbs
Variety: Bench

Howdy! I'm Clyde, and I'm looking for my Forever Home. I'm a really sweet boy--very gentle, friendly, and loving. I love dogs, cats, and kids! I'm completely housetrained, and I enjoy free rein of the house all the time at my foster home. Overall, I'm just a quiet boy who wants to be loved.

My foster folks are retired now, so they're home most of the time, and I really do like that. I lie near Dad's feet with my blanket and pillow when he's watching TV, and I lie at Mom's feet when she's on the computer. But I do have energy for the Springer things, too! My foster brother has taught me how to chase those pesky rabbits and flush them from their hiding places. But when the action is over, I love to lounge outside and soak in the sun. I sure do appreciate the fresh air and listening to the birds chirping, cars driving by, and kids getting home from school and off the school bus.

I get along famously with my foster brother. We even sort of take turns getting loved on. Walks are one of my favorite things. I'm pretty good on a leash. I don't pull unless I see one of those rabbits! I'm really good at the vet's office, and I also like to be groomed.

Well, that's all for now. I need to go and lie on my foster dad's feet to keep them warm. Just remember--if you're looking for an easygoing buddy to keep you company and show you affection, I'm your man!

Love,
Clyde
