Buffy is an adorable, 15 year old Maine Coon mix, with a medium-length brown tabby coat, pale green eyes, and awesomely-long whiskers. She is a sweet, gentle soul who is very social with her humans. She love to be talked to and will chit-chat back. Buffy is very affectionate and adores as many pets as her humans can give her. She also enjoys some occasional lap time and a nice catnip toy to play with.
This sweet senior lady is looking forward to retiring into a relaxing life of leisure and love, and would prefer to be her new family’s one and only kitty. The poor girl was bullied by a cat in her former home, so she is not eager to make friends with other kitties. She might tolerate another like-aged, super mellow kitty that isn’t interested in interacting with her.
Buffy recently has been diagnosed with second stage kidney disease, which is being controlled with a renal diet and subcutaneous fluids twice a week. Buffy’s new family will need to be dedicated to maintaining this kidney support regimen and making sure she gets proper veterinary care to monitor and treat her condition.
Buffy is spayed, her front paws are declawed, she is up-to-date on her vaccinations, and she has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. She is also litter box trained.
