Tyson's Story...
Tyson is a very handsome young gray tabby. You can tell by the size of his paws and his big fluffy that he will likely grow to be a big boy. Tyson definitely enjoys his play time either alone or other cats. Having been recently rescued, Tyson is still getting adjusted to his human companions and will be rather shy with new people. However, once he knows he can trust you, his sweet personality will unfold. Because of his shy side, Tyson would likely do best in a quiet home with either adults only or older children. Foster to adopt option is available.

UPDATE: He is a big boy with more medium length fur and a big fluffy tail. He is super loving and affectionate once he knows you, but will need a couple of weeks to become comfortable with a new person.

Adoption fee is a minimum $75 per cat donation to Feral Fixers . All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and felv/fiv negative.

Discounted adoption fee if two kittens or cats are adopted together, $130 for a pair.

Brief screening questionaire and contract apply!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyson, a Lombard Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Lombard, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Lombard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lombard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lombard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lombard paves the way for another one to be saved.
