My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi All, Winston here.....

Well my story is pretty simple. I was found like many of the others, just wondering the streets not knowing where I belonged. I had been on my own for what seemed like a very long time. But my luck changed......One day after the long winter I was picked up and brought in to a large place that had lots and lots of dogs in my same situation.

The folks there were very nice to me. I was given food, water, and a place to lay my head. Things that had been very hard to come by in the streets. They had no idea what kind of dog I was, or even how old I was, because of all the dirty matted fur on me. My fur was so tight to my skin, they decided to give me something to help me sleep while they cut my hair. When I woke up, I can't tell you the relief I felt.

Lucky for me, I happened to be waking up right next to another fur kid named Winnie, that Schnauzer Rescue was in to pick up. They took one look at me and asked if they could take me too. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Life since that day has been absolutely heaven on earth. For starters, My fur is clean and doesn't hurt. I have visited a dogie doctor where I received all my shots, and even had a guy kinda surgery that I'm a little embarrassed to talk about. The doctor said I could stand to gain a little weight, but other than that......a clean bill of health. What a relief that is!

I love spending my day playing with toys, toys, and more toys. I love running and playing in the yard and taking long walks with my foster family.

I am one of the funnest guys you will ever meet. Personality, I am not lacking.......but what I am lacking is a family to share all this with. If you think you could be the family for me, please fill out an application to meet me. Winston

1-2yrs old, UTD on shots, Neutered
