BLOSSOM's Story...
Submit an application to adopt Blossom on the GRRNT website: www.goldenretrievers.org

Blossom was born on 2/10/15 as part of the GRRNT Springtime Litter and is the chatty one in the group, she is a talker! She will bark to let you know it is time to get up and let her out of her crate. She will bark when she is done playing in the puppy play pen, and she will bark to get her sister’s attention.Blossom is doing really well with her house training. She knows to go to the doggie door as soon as she is let out of her crate in the morning or her play pen during the day. Walking on a leash is getting easier and easier. Blossom wants to lead the pack, and she will huff and puff her way to the front. She does great with kids and other dogs. She is still doing very well with learning to sit on command. Blossom has lots of puppy energy and loves to be outside and, of course, really enjoys playing with the other puppies. Blossom would do great with a home that has other dogs and children as she is quite the social butterfly!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BLOSSOM, a Dallas Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Golden Retriever for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
