Rocko's Story...
Hi, my name is Rocko. I am a silver boy, I weigh 20 pds. and I am 6 yrs. old.. I do get bouts of pancreatitis and I am on a special food The special food cost as much as a good quality dog food so please dont let that scare you away from adopting me. I do not have any issues when I am on that.

I'm a traveling boy. I use to live in Florida and made my way to Indiana when my owner moved back to be with family. She is unable to care for me so she found Schnauzer Rescue. She took me to a home where there are other Schnauzers. I have already found a playmate.

I am doing good considering my life has changed drastically. I love the attention the granddaughter gives me, I am so happy when she comes home from school. I am the best boy,

I walk great on a leash and love to snuggle. I know there is a home out there just for me. I would do best in a home with older children, so if that is your home and you want a sweet boy well that would be me!!!!!

Fill out an application. I am being fostered by Kathy in Auburn IN
My adoption fee is: $300.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocko, a Sharonville Miniature Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer for sale in Sharonville, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Sharonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sharonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sharonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sharonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
