My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GRACIE Female Terrier X DOB 2010 Contact: Maegunn@hotmail.com

GRACIE is a healthy, heartworm negative, 5 yr old Terrier Mix ~ 18 lbs.
She well behaved, gets along with foster pups, is crate trained, potty trained, loves attention, learns quickly and has a strong desire to please. She is learning to play ball, good on the leash and learning to "HEEL", and has mastered basic verbal commands. She enjoys being near her humans, rolls over, and wants her belly rubbed. Foster mom thinks she would be good with children. Just take one look into her beautiful and mysterious eyes to see how special she is!

Gracie is ready for her FOREVER home. She started as a rescue in Victoria, TX five years ago. Apparently lived with older people that have since been in ill health and were unable to care for her. Not sure how she came to be on the street of Walden. Microchip place gave us an address.... have attempted to contact, left notes, written and talked to neighbors. No one recalls ever seeing the dog at her listed location. It is sad that she was left behind, but it has not affected her enthusiasm for life. She just wants to please and be near her humans. She deserves a loving and caring family to call her own. If you are interested in learning more about Gracie or wish to meet her please contact Maegunn@hotmail.com

*****If you would like more information about the dog featured above, be sure to send a note to the "Contact Person." This is the person fostering the dog and they will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please don't just show up at Adoption Day expecting every dog to be there. We are limited by the number of volunteers who can help at each Adoption Day.
Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. This information will help us make the best match between you and one of our dogs***
