Lulu's Story...
Kanga is a female lab mix, some hound is probably in there too. She is approximately 10 months old with a sweet personality and lots of energy. Since she has just been rescued, we are starting to learn her manners and disposition. She loves to play and is always happy to see another dog who might join in. She is a strikingly pretty girl with a sleek coat and happy personality. We do not yet know her demeanor with cats...people and other dogs are no problem whatsoever. A fence is required. For a pre-adoption application please e-mail a request to the e-mail address at the bottom. PAC adoption days are held every Saturday from 11:30AM to 3:30PM at the PetSmarts in Buford (across from the Mall of Georgia) and at the Winder/Bethlehem located at Hwys. 316 and 81.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lulu, a Winder Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Winder, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Winder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winder paves the way for another one to be saved.
