Bella's Story...
Bella is approximately 1 year old and a pretty little girl with lots and lots of energy and looking for a home where she will get some attention and love. She was relinquished to an Animal Shelter because her owners had no time for her. Because of it she does need some obedience training as she has a tendency to jump up because of her enthusiasm in seeing you (the lack of attention she had). She will make a great family pet as she is friendly and cute and a good size weighing approximately 22 pounds. Fencing is a requirement. We also have 7-day a week cats at the Petsmart Store in Winder, Hwy. 316 and 81, for viewing and adoption. For a pre-adoption application please e-mail a request to the e-mail address at the bottom. PAC adoption days are held every Saturday from 11:30AM to 3:30PM at PetSmart in Buford (across from the Mall of Georgia).

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Winder Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Winder, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Winder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winder paves the way for another one to be saved.
