Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tinker is an 8 year old Chihuahua. She weighs around 7 lbs. She loves human companionship. She would love to live in a home where she can hang out with her parents for the majority of the day. She would also do well in a home where she has another calm dog friend to keep her company. Having a companion is important to Tinker. She feels safe and secure when she has someone to snuggle with and keep her company. She does great with smaller low-energy dogs, but she is a little frightened by bigger dogs, and she does not enjoy being around dogs with a lot of energy. She is house trained, for the most part, but she does have the occasional accident. In her foster home, during the day while the family is at work, Tinker stays in the master bathroom with two other small dogs and she uses the puppy pee pads without any problems. Tinker has had some teeth removed, so she enjoys moist food to eat, although she still eats her foster sisters' crunchy hard food sometimes. Her favorite treat is baked sweet potatoes. Tinker has a lovely personality. She is sweet and very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She doesn't play much with toys or with other dogs, but she does like to chew on nylabone chew toys. She would love to find a home where she can lounge around the house and just enjoy being next to someone.
