Sunny's Story...
Sunny is a sweet 7-9 month old pup. He weighs about 25 pounds, and may reach 35 pounds when full grown.

His foster mom wrote this about him:
Sunny was a very good boy for me this weekend. Got along great with my dogs, was scared of the cats. He understands the concept of peeing outside as what he's supposed to do, but is not completely house broken. Cries a little in the crate at first but settles down and sleeps through the night. Wants to stick very close to the people at all times so really never wandering off causing trouble. Very friendly and people oriented.

He'll be a fantastic pet. Sunny has been, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $250.00.

If you are interested in adopting this cutie, please write us at PricelessPets4u@gmail.com and ask for an application to adopt. We are a foster-home based organization, and the adoption process starts when you submit your application. Once that has been approved, we can schedule a time for you to meet this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunny, a Atlanta Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
