Junior's Story...
Hi! My name is Junior and I'm a handsome young boy with a lovely disposition. I was adopted as a baby but returned for being "too friendly!" I've since become shy with new people but can't help but "come out of my shell" with a few head scratches and belly rubs. If you're looking for a kitty to snuggle with, I would be a great addition.

Update from foster home:

Junior is an amazing cat. He has obviously grown up within a family unit at a very young age. He feels very confident in a home setting. You can easily pick him up and he will stay in your arms and be carried around. He is extremely active; due to his age. He still has a whole lot of kitten in him. He prances and scampers around at high speed often crashing into things. He is as gentle though as he is vigorous. He wants to make friends with the other three cats but is having a difficult time being accepted. For any adoptive family, Murphy will adapt immediately to a new setting. He also travels well in the car.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Junior, a Montclair Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Montclair, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Montclair.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Montclair already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Montclair breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Montclair paves the way for another one to be saved.
