My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is a LOVE and very playful. She just came back into rescue with her sister Palma due to some unfortunate circumstances after spending 3 years in a home. they are not bonded and do not have to be together. She is crate trained, house trained, rings a bell to go outside, sits for her meals and just wants to love and be loved. She gets along best with dogs more her size or bigger and is a little too playful for smaller dogs (no cats please since she tends to play rough). Kids of all sizes are fine. She has a very sweet nature and is simply a very sweet girl. She is very confused having to live outside in the kennel building here at rescue after being in a home since she was a puppy. Please consider giving her a second chance at a furever home. You can fill out an application at www.krrtx.org/forms. You won't regret it!

Please note all dogs are located in San Antonio, TX. We advertise out of state due to the critical pet overpopulation problem here in the south. We use Rescue Road Trips to transport the dogs to your area. They are all up to date and come with a health certificate. The fee is $170 adoption and $185 transportation = $355.
