Hello there! I am Nixie, and I am looking for a new home! Unfortunately, my previous owners had to give me up, so Midwest BREW stepped in to help my find my happily ever after. I am your pretty typical beagle- I love to eat, and I’ll do anything for a treat! I love to be outside, sniffing around the yard or lying in the sun. I am a champion sunbather! Usually I am the last one to go back inside.
I have a little separation anxiety, and really need to have another dog for a buddy. I adore people and other dogs, although sometimes the more overbearing ones frighten me a little. I love being with, playing and snuggling with other dogs, but I do also like my space. Sometimes I just find a comfy spot off by myself to take a nap. (My anxiety shows up if I am left alone in a room, and sometimes I chew or scratch things).
I love a car ride, but do sometimes pant a little and want the window open. I am not at all aggressive, or food possessive- I just need someone to love! Could that be you? I would love to be your new best friend!
