My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Nicko and I am an 8 year old puppy! This rescue group found me at a shelter where I had been staying and hoping for a miracle. You see, I had a very large lump on my back that looked way worse than it was. But they could see that I was a happy, healthy boy with a lot to offer and they took me to a vet who removed the large fatty lump. Now I am looking really good and just so happy to have love and attention at my foster home. I am a 78 pound yellow lab and the vet says I am a sweet, healthy guy. My foster mom says I am well trained. I know all my basic commands and love to play fetch. I would love to find a family that likes my company, whether it’s playing fetch, taking walks or just sitting around reading a book. I am a pretty mellow boy, get along with other dogs and even though cats are new to me, I could live with them too. I”m just looking for the person or family that wants a buddy to spend time with!
