Alexander's Story...
My name is Alexander. I am 9 weeks old (approx. birth date 3-9-15) & a long hair light orange and white male kitten. I was taken in with my 3 siblings after being dropped off at an adoption event in a box as "strays". I am super sweet & playful. I love to run, play with toys, & tussle with the other kittens at my foster home. I am a BUSY boy, but I do love attention & will sit still for a cuddle every now & again. I get along great with other cats & kittens as well as kids, but don't know about dogs because my foster mom doesn't have any. It's hard to tell my sister Alexandra & me apart, but I am a little lighter in color than she is. My cute face, sweet personality, & playful nature are sure to win you over. Can you give me the forever home I deserve? Contact foster Sue at 419-250-0846. - See more at: http://www.plannedpethood.org/cats/available.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alexander, a Toledo Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
