Sparky's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Sparky's Story...
Sparky was a last minute save after everyone kept looking him over. His happy smile and zest for life caught our eye....we instantly fell in love and brought him home. He's such a good boy who thrives on love and attention.

Sparky is working on leash manners and learning them quickly as he really wants to please his humans. His basics are the same. Sparky is fully crate trained already and does great in the short time he's been with us. He has gotten along with every dog he's been introduced to and plays extremely well. He may be too much for a cat though.

Sparky is a great dog just looking for a family to love and trust...he is medium energy with a lot of love to give. He's a tiny boy, though he is finally putting on some weight.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sparky, a Chicago American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
