Hello my name is Ms. Zoey because my foster mom says that I am a lady and all ladies should have titles. I have not had the best of life but again ladies never really tell. My foster mom could tell by my condition when she rescued me from the shelter. I was turned into the shelter because of a skin condition possibly due to poor quality food because now that she has me on good food it is going away. I am very sweet and do well with the other dogs here in rescue. My former owner reports I am good with children. Rescue believes I am about 10 years old.
