Maclean is a male Shih Tzu/Poodle mix approximately 2 years in age. He has attractive dark gray and white coloring and a timeless puppy dog look. He has been professionally groomed and currently has a short summer cut. Maclean is non-shedding and hypoallergenic. He weighs 12 pounds full grown and is an ideal versatile size. He is small enough to cuddle, but sturdy enough for long walks and fun play at the park or in the backyard. Maclean is extremely people oriented and will be your faithful buddy for life. He is always aware of where the people are and he wants to be right in the mix. He loves being included in anything and everything and isn't afraid of a crowd. He welcomes company, the more the merrier. Maclean would make an ideal family dog as he is excellent with children, affectionate and loveable. Maclean is also good with other dogs, minding his manners when he meets new doggie friends. He is all about the people, however, and would be perfectly fine as an only dog getting all the attention and love for himself. Maclean walks well on leash and rides easily in the car snuggled up against someone's lap in the backseat, or strapped in as your co-pilot in the front seat. He is very robust and healthy and looks like he has received good care throughout his young life thus far. Maclean was rescued from a high-volume/high-kill shelter where he was brought in stray. He's a great little guy, fun, interactive, smart, and super friendly! Maclean is ready for his new forever home today.
Maclean’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Maclean is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
