Adoption Fee: $300. My name is Rose and I'm a really sweet girl who was found in a ditch; so a good Samaritan brought me to the shelter. The nice team from Panacea helped me make my jail break. Now I am just a sweet, happy girl who will be looking for a forever home after the 4th of July.
