My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello World,
My name is Dawson and I am a little bichon boy, about one year old who is a very lucky boy. Let’s start with why I am so lucky.

Until the other day I was living on the street. Now I have a foster Mom who takes me on walks and rides, three kids to play with and a foster Dad who gave me my very own tennis ball to play with. I have a doggy foster sister who thinks I’m really neat and I have lots of people that I can cuddle with! I no longer have to be alone (Didn’t I tell you I’m lucky!).

Mom says that it doesn’t take much to get me into a ‘play mode’ - and that I am ready at any time. I like to play ball, chase and tug-of-war. Most of all I like to wrestle with my foster doggy sister. (I let her win some of the time so she’ll keep playing with ME!)

Dad says that I am smart and have already learned the ‘house rules’ - and that I want to please. He says that I am an amazingly mellow little guy who is full of love … and that I like every person and dog I meet! He says I am active and have lots of energy. Dad says I have big bright eyes that shine and smile because I’m such a happy little guy!

I enjoy being with my doggy foster sister and enjoy the company of people and other dogs. My Forever Home should have children to play with -- and a doggy brother or sister would be really nice, too!
