Liberty's Story...
We really aren't sure what breed of dog Liberty is except TOTALLY CUTE! At approximately 14 weeks, she weighs 32 lbs. Liberty is a typical puppy and wants to play and chew, so it's important for adopters to e prepared for training a puppy and to remember that potty accidents will likely occur. Puppies are adorable and lots of FUN, but they are a commitment as well. Liberty is currently in a foster home, so she will be ready to make the transition to her forever home once her family picks her to love!

She is being fostered in central Arkansas, but we transport to the area frequently, either by personal vehicle or by transport.

Please go to arkanpaws.org to fill out an application under "forms" if interested in adoption, or email us for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Liberty, a Somers Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Somers, or seeking a Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Somers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Somers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Somers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Somers paves the way for another one to be saved.
