My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Eli. Some people say I’m a Pom mix, while others say I’m a Papillon – I’ve got long legs & an under bite so that’s why they can’t decide on my breed.. But everyone agrees that I’m unique looking & as cute as a button!

I’m not picky; I get along with all dogs, people & children. I’m super friendly & as I’m still a puppy I’ve got lots of puppy energy. Although, I’m now pretty good at figuring out if my friends are tired & then, I usually go find my favorite toy and I’m happy to play by myself.

I enjoy walks & I won’t pull on the leash. My foster parents say I’m a quick study and learned the house rules within no time. I’m now potty trained (I know how to use a doggie door) and crate trained (but I would rather be cuddling next to you). Also, I would love to have a brother or sister at my forever home so we could play together.

I’m a little jumpy with new environments & sounds but after a few sniffs, belly rubs and a few more kisses, I’ll feel right at home!
