Storm's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Storm is a 9 weeks old Boxer mix. This cute litter came with their mom from Wasco shelter at just a few days old. According to Doggie DNA, their mom is a Boxer and cairn terrier mix (Martha is a beautiful long haired brindle girl) and dad is a German Shepherd and Husky mix. Most of the litter has homes lined up, but this cutie is still available for adoption. They will be available 5/9 and will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and started their vaccines. You can find our process and apply online at: http:// recycledpetsnorcal.org/ adoption-process/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Storm, a Sacramento Boxer/Cairn Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Cairn Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Boxer/Cairn Terrier puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
