Ranger's Story...
Ranger was born approx 2008. He is a super sweet boy who has a lot of personality and spirit. He loves to be next to you on the sofa and loves to be petted. He is calm and easy going and would make a great companion dog. He happily greets you when you return home. He walks well on leash and loves going on walks. He gets along with other dogs and people. He is very much an easy keeper. He was rescued from the shelter as a stray. He will make a great addition to any family as he is very friendly and gets along with all dogs. Ranger is a nice all around little dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ranger, a Simi Valley Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
