Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Miss Daisy! Daisy is a beautiful girl. She is a BC mix, probably a big percentage of heritage is American Cattle Dog in her. This makes her unique in WBCR! She is a sweet as them come. Loves to snuggle and have her tummy rubbed. She displays her happiness by wiggling her behind while she wags her long tail.
Daisy is a senior girl, and thus a low activity home would suit her fine. She does enjoy a 20-35 minute walk once a day. This seems to be all she requires to meet her activity needs. She walks well on a leash, but will pull when she spies a rabbit. No doubt off leash she would give full chase and her recall is questionable. She knows basic commands and is just happy to have someone around with whom to cuddle. She sits nicely to be brushed. She seems to get along with every dog she meets. She is a little timid when meeting new people but warms up quickly to anyone willing to spend the time to pet her. Out walking people will stop and comment on her good looks and one admirer thought she had a “good energy” about her.
She is only 18 inches at the withers and weighs 38 pounds. Daisy would adapt to apartment living. She is very quiet and rarely barks. She has not been evaluated around small children or cats as of yet. Looking for a companion that is smaller, sweet, friendly, older girl to walk with and snuggle? You found her!
