My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Tiki is approx 5-6 yrs old per our vet (the shelter thought she was 2 yrs). She has had a rough life based on her teeth - she is missing her canines, and the incisors, except one. This causes her tongue to hang out to the side, but it doesn’t seem to bother her and she certainly manages to eat very well!! She weighs 31 lbs. She has been treated for heartworms and has been started on monthly heart guard as a preventative. She is a very calm and quiet little girl and just tends to hang out with the other dogs. She is not really one to run and play with the other dogs. She would prefer a nice walk and then curl up in her doggie bed. She seems to be pretty well house trained and gets along with everyone. She will make a wonderful companion for someone, she looks like she may be a shih tzu/tibetan terrier mix
If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet of $110. We will go over all fees with you via email.
