Ginger's Story...
UPDATED 8-25-14

Ginger has come a long way since joining her foster family. After recovering from a broken paw, she had much to learn about fitting in with a family. But the one thing that has never changed is her love for people and other animals.

Ginger is a great gal who just wants to please her family. She has to learn to trust new dogs, but once she does, she'll want to play until they've had enough. She is an active pup and curious about everything. She has a big WOOF to alert you when something is amiss, but isn't afraid to figure things out and settles down quickly.

Ginger is just a big lovable goofball looking for a family she can be active with and in return, she'll give you all of the love you could want.

Ginger is crate trained and house trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Coppell Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Coppell, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Coppell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coppell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coppell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coppell paves the way for another one to be saved.
