My name is Chestnut and I am happy and handsome boy puppy that was born around the middle of February and now I am looking for a home to call my own. My mom was living in a situation where the family moved away and left a lot of dogs behind. She was pregnant and a plea went out to help her have her puppies in a safe and warm home. She was one of the lucky ones. Critter Cavalry Rescue had a wonderful foster home open up and they have raised me and my siblings for the past three months now. I am a Lab/Hound mix and will probably grow to be a 50-60 pound adult. I am probably going to be a fluffy boy even though my mom has very short hair. I am well rounded and have been handled a lot in my growing up months. My foster mom said that I am a funny boy that loves to hang out and watch life go by. I am one of the bigger pups in my litter of 8.
