JOE's Story...
JOE is a 5 year old Anatolian Shepherd mix recently arrived in Colorado. He is a NICE boy - walks great on a leash, is SO gentle and is a BIG LOVE. We have learned that Joe is fixated on cats so no felines please. Joe is currently being treated for heartworms and the rescue will pick up the costs of treatment with our vet. Otherwise, Joe is current on vaccinations, neutered and chipped. Adoption fee $150. For an application or additional information, please call 303-882-0837 or email dancingdogrescue@earthlink.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JOE, a Littleton Anatolian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd for sale in Littleton, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Littleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Littleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Littleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Littleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
