My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Trevor, I am a 1.5 year old neutered male. I am a very handsome boy and has the sweetness that goes along with that! I love to lean in and get hugs and give you kisses. They aren't the sloppy wet ones either, I give really gentle dry ones. I am very puppy and love to play. If the other dog does not want to play, I tend to back up and bark to try and get them to play. Some dogs get annoyed and bark back and then game on! My best friend Wyatt and I play for hours and I feel very secure with him. I am crate and house trained though I sometimes whine in my crate but it is just because I want to get out and play. My foster dad is working with me on walking on a leash, I am doing a lot better and know I will get to the point that he wants me to be. I love to play with toys and balls but also like to tear them up and try to eat them. I am good with kids but probably older kids would be better because I want to play with them. I can be laid back if it is really relaxed. When I am told to settle and lay down, I am very good at minding when I am told that one word. I can be the kind of boy that would cuddle with you on the sofa after playing ball, I adapt really well to my environment. By the way, I am still learning that fetch thing because I don’t understand why you want me to chase the ball, give it back to you just so you can throw it again. If you want the ball, maybe you should just keep in your hand rather than throwing it away from you! Geez, that just seems logical to me, but hey, I am a smart German Shepherd after all! Anyway, if you can put up with my puppy behavior and are dedicated to providing a great home for my entire life, then fill out an application for me. I look forward to meeting you real soon!!
