IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING THIS DOG, FILL OUT AN APPLICATION HERE: www.heartlandsmallanimalrescue.org/canine-application.html Joshua is a sweet boy who has been with us for quite awhile now. He came to us with his legs severely chewed up, to the point the bone was exposed. We aren't sure why, but he had done this to himself while he was in an abandoned building. While you can still see his legs are scarred, they have healed tremendously. We don't believe they will ever heal 100%. Joshua is about 10-11 years old. He was very thin when he came to us, but made up for it in the last few months. He now weighs 80# and needs to lose a few pounds. He craves attention and wants nothing more than to sit beside you on the couch. He gets along with other dogs and cats. Joshua is housebroken, however he does not like to be crated. He is a good boy outside the crate when unattended, so long as he can't get into the trash or any food. Joshua is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative and on prevention. His adoption fee is $100. If you are interested in meeting Joshua, please email dogs@heartlandsmallanimalrescue.org.
