Destiny's Story...
Meet Destiny, she has a very sad story. Destiny and her sister were left behind when their family moved! Another rescue saved her sister but didn't have enough room for Destiny so she was left all alone. So we came to her rescue!! We are going to give a happy ending and bring the light back into her eyes!! Destiny is a boxer/lab mix female between 1-3 years old she weights 35 pounds, a petite girl. and is sweet with all and housetrained! She loves people, dogs, and kids! She was very shy when she first got into her foster home but in days has made leaps and bounds and her foster family said she is the perfect dog for any family!!! We are super excited to give this girl another shot a happy family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Destiny, a Lima Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Lima, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog from a breeder in Lima.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lima already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lima breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lima paves the way for another one to be saved.
